A minimum deposit of 20%-30% is required for buyers who want to pay by installments or mortgage financing. 
Deposit is payable within 14 days of receiving the Letter of Offer. 
Further 50% is to be paid up to JUNE 2023, final 20% paid on or before completion of the project.
